Healthcare education includes theoretical (classroom/didactic) and application (clinical/practical) learning. Educational measurement has focused on the didactic, leaving the clinical arena underserved. By creating an Experiential Learning Caliper MP, we are able to capture and articulate clinical learning in virtual simulations and provide a more complete picture of student progress.
