The American Council on Education’s research analyzes the gap between how students communicate their competencies and how employers assess capabilities, addressing 1) how employers consume evidence of learning, 2) the dimensions of quality credentials, and 3) how educational institutions can improve their CBE and credentialing practices to bridge the gap.
